邱頎鈞是我的CFA Level I課程一對一學員，也是高雄大學金融管理學系應屆畢業生。我都鼓勵要報考國際金融證照的學員，在報名考試前先申請報考國際金融證照的獎學金，可以省下不少錢。
當然她也順利通過CFA Level I考試，目前正在忙著澳洲研究所課程與準備CFA Level II考試。感謝她在百忙中抽空分享申請到報考CFA Level I考試獎學金與申請到報考CFA Level II考試獎學金的心得。

身為2019及2020 CFA Access Scholarship的得獎者，這筆獎學金給予我征服CFA考試的勇氣！
以下是撰寫申請書的技巧：
請先參考協會公布的獎學金評定標準：
" While financial need will be strongly considered, awards may be based on a combination of factors, including financial need; the academic, professional, or other accomplishments of the candidate; obstacles overcome by the candidate; contributions to the local community; the candidate’s interest in pursuing the CFA charter; and other personal characteristics that indicate the individual is a strong candidate to receive an Access Scholarship and become a CFA charterholder. "
協會將從申請人資料、財務狀況及申請書，判斷是否符合上述標準。填寫申請表格時，除了如實填寫外，申請書更要盡量將個人故事和申請動機，以具備上述特質的口吻撰寫。我想，協會期望看到的應該是獎學金能幫助申請者圓夢，並且補助給能提高協會權威性、認同協會願景的人。
節錄自我的2020年獎學金申請書：
1. Financial need經濟上的困境
" The CFA access scholarship would definitely help me achieve my goal of becoming a CFA charter holder faster as I would otherwise spend a long period saving up for the exam fees. "
2. The candidate’s interest in pursuing the CFA charter
考取CFA證照能替申請人的專業背書，幫助申請人取得理想工作
" I believe pursuing the CFA certification makes me being a better financial analyst with professional knowledge and in-depth perspectives. "
3. Contributions to the local community取得CFA證照能申請人成為對社會有貢獻的人
" I sincerely hope that I could be a CFA charter holder and make an effort to Taiwan financial market. "
Access Scholarship 申請從每年3/1開始，9/15截止，補助隔年的考試費用。
